Should the owners decide to hire a property manager to look after the property mantainance and related bookwork, the condo fees would have to be increased to cover this additional cost. It would increase the condo fee to approx. $200.00 per unit per month.

The New Brunswick condo act requires that the money in the reserve fund build to and be maintained at a minium of $25,000.00. After which the owners can by majority vote stop contributing to the fund, thus reducing the monthly condo fee by approx. $56.00 per unit, using the current fee structure this would be optional in about six years.

Currently garbage collection is weekly from the curb side, should the owners decide that they would pefer a central garbage bin located at the rear next to the hydro pole with weekly pick up from that point this service could be arranged for an additional $10.00 per month in condo fee.
